As a Senior Manager, you play a pivotal role in enabling the future portfolio to access markets under optimal conditions and in compliance with evolving regulations. This position is essential for driving disruptive and breakthrough innovations-including novel materials, new product categories, and digital initiatives-fostering business opportunities that create long-term value over the next 10 years

Strategic Market Access: Develop Regulatory Market Access Strategies for a diverse pipeline, including alternative and functional ingredients as well as disruptive initiatives beyond core products.

Action Planning: Define deliverables required from other functions to support all aspects of the market access strategy, including approvals in specific jurisdictions and risk assessments.

Horizon Scanning & Advocacy: Lead global processes for monitoring regulatory trends and conducting advocacy, facilitating Global Governance Forums to ensure efficient decision-making on prioritization and resource allocation.

Issue Management: Drive the global issue management process and its interface with corporate departments.

External Expertise: Establish and maintain a network of prequalified consultants to access specialized expertise not available internally.

Capability Building: Design and deploy global training plans focusing on advocacy and functional capabilities for the regulatory community.

Context and Scope
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, engaging with diverse stakeholders across R&D, Commercial, Legal, and Public Affairs. You are expected to transform regulatory uncertainty into actionable recommendations for business owners and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues

Le profil recherché

Education: University degree (Master's or Engineering minimum) in life sciences or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 6 years specifically in Regulatory Affairs or closely related market access roles.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., US, EU, APAC), horizon scanning, and regulatory intelligence.

Strategic Track Record: Proven experience in developing and executing market access strategies for innovative products requiring regulatory advocacy and stakeholder engagement.

Skills: Strong project management, ability to navigate ambiguity, and excellent technical writing skills to present complex information clearly.

Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
